Moonshadow Cruises is a family owned and operated business that has been cruising the waters of Newcastle and Nelson Bay harbours since 1981. As winners of the Major Tour &/or Transport Operator at the 2009 NSW Tourism Awards we guarantee a range of vessels, cruises and menus to suit any type of corporate function. Dolphin and whale watch cruises, dinner cruises, sunset cruises, transfers and private charters are just a few of the options available with Moonshadow Cruises.

Whether it’s a product launch, gala dinner or conference, through our professionalism and varied cruising and catering experience, we can arrange any function, for any industry and any sized group.

Moonshadow Cruises also offer two unique and quirky team building programs – Pirates of Port Stephens and Secret Agent Urban Assault. Both programs are great as a one off at the start or end of the week, before and after meetings or just in the middle of the day to shake things up. Staff can breakout and have a great time and then get back into work rejuvenated and motivated.

Moonshadow IV & V – Supercats, and Moonshadow III are designed specifically for our passengers needs and are equipped with facilities beyond what you would expect on board a vessel.

Our Chefs prepare all meals fresh on board each day utilizing local produce and seafood, and we can create a menu to suit your requirements. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners or canapés, our menus are flexible and are designed to fit any budget. Our vessels are fully licensed and we carry a range of reasonably priced beverages, with bar arrangements tailored to suit.

Our close relationship with Port Stephens 4WD Tours allows us to also offer some great combined activities and team building programs on the largest sand mass in the southern hemisphere - the Stockton Bight sand dunes. We know what is important to you, and your clients. This teamed up with our “can do” attitude, assures that the only thing you will have to think about is where you would like to sit to relax and enjoy the view.
