Save when you combine a Moonshadow Whale Watch Cruise with a Port Stephens 4WD 1 hour Sandboarding Tour. Port Stephens two must do adventures!

Depart from Nelson Bay and past Port Stephens headlands in search of the awesome Humpback whales migrating right past our coastline.

You won't forget the sight of a 15 metre, 40 tonne Humpback whale! Also included is a cruise of Port Stephens Outer Islands, morning or afternoon tea and full commentary. You might even see our local bottlenose dolphins, oceanic dolphins, offshore seabirds, minke, pilot or Southern right whales... and we will give you a free return cruise if no whales are spotted (stand-by basis).

AND ... Venture onto the Stockton Bight Sand Dunes by purpose built 4WD (look for the red buses) to 40 metre high sand dunes where boards, instruction and supervision are provided... your ultimate soft adventure!


Note: Tours may be completed in 1 day or over 2 days. Please advise your preferred departure day/s and times for each activity on booking. COMBOs must be made as one booking request and one payment (ie. please do not book activites separately and then request a combo rate).

VENUE LOCATION LOCATION Cruise departs from Dock 'C' d'Albora Marina, Nelson Bay. Sandboarding departs from Lower carpark at the end of James Paterson Street, Anna Bay. STATE New South Wales CRUISE / TOUR TIMES DETAILS Whale Watch: 10:00am and 1:30pm daily. 4WD Tour: There is a departure every 30 minutes between 10:00am and 3:30pm daily. DURATION Whale Watch 2.5 - 3 hours, Sandboarding Tours 1 hour

PARTICIPANTS GUIDELINES Child 4 to 14 years, under 4 years free of charge. Family is 2 adults and 2 children. High School Student rate is $54.70. Some Passengers may be affected by seasickness and we recommend you take a seasickness tablet an hour prior to boarding as a preventative measure. These are available at all chemists.
