Moonshadows’ own garlic flake and lemon pepper crumbed squid

Fish fillets lightly crumbed or baked with lemon butter, fried parsley and capers

Roast sirloin of Hunter beef in a mustard and honey glaze,
with a Diane sauce or red wine jus

Tender chicken fillet char grilled with chive and champagne sabayon or
satay or mango sweet chilli sauce

Homestyle seasoned potatoes in Chef’s secret spices with sour cream,
shallot and sweet chilli sauce

Seasonal steamed green vegetables with fresh herbs,
sesame and lemongrass topping

Selection of salads, such as…

Traditional Caesar salad with crisp bacon, croutons and shaved parmesan

Seafood salad with squid, king prawns and mussels marinated in
coriander and lemongrass

Feta, roma tomato and olive salad with spanish onion and basil

Japanese mushroom salad with a mirin and soya dressing
